​Viewing  Rooms

Guardian offers three 20 x 20 ft. Viewing Rooms that can be rented by clients for a range of needs including viewing assets, facilitating transactions, conducting meetings, or hosting private events. These spaces are discreet and give our clients a private use space. Each Viewing Room features white walls where artwork can be professionally installed for a seamless viewing experience. Independent track lighting with LED lights are installed in each room to show your art in complementary and safe conditions. Tables and chairs can be added or arranged, depending on your needs for the space, and of course a full range of catering and hospitality is available. The Viewing Rooms are adjacent so that a 20 by 20 ft. room can open up into a 20 x 40 ft. or 20 x 60 ft. space.
