By selecting 'submit' and in consideration of 1635 Guardian Services, LLC (hereafter “Guardian”) permission to enter this building:
I agree, subsequent to my visit, not to disclose to anyone, except as authorized by Guardian and then only with the appropriate admonitions as to confidentiality, any drawing, blue print, data, or information whatsoever, whether obtained verbally, in writing or by my own observation (whether or not designated a trade secret, of a confidential nature, or proprietary information which I may acquire by reason of my entry into its properties. I hereby waive, discharge and release Guardian, its agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, actions, or causes or action, for damage or loss to my person or property that may be caused by my negligence. Should any dangerous condition(s) exist in or about the plant or properties, I assume the risk of all such conditions and waive any and all specific notice of the existence of such conditions.
